Hi, I'm here today to share with you the do's and don'ts of interviews.
Do - dress like it's the most important meeting in your life, first impressions count for everything and it's very important to come across as positive and professional to the person that you're meeting.
Do - prepare examples, I recommend the situation, action and outcome strategy. State the situation, explain the actions that you took to address the situation, and what was the outcome of that.
Don't - Don't ask about salary, leave that to your recruiter. It's our job as recruitment consultants to address any concerns or reservations that you may have about the company, on your behalf.
Don't - Don't attend the interview without preparing a list of questions. The best candidates come prepared, whether it's the questions about the company, or the person themselves.
