Carla joined Kennedy Reid in June 2021 as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the Business Support space. She brings a client-first approach and a strong focus on relationship building to every interaction.

Before transitioning into recruitment, Carla spent over seven years in the Motor Trade Industry, progressing from New Business Development to Key Account Manager. Her experience taught her the value of long-term partnerships, strategic thinking, and truly understanding individual needs, skills she now applies seamlessly in the recruitment world.

Carla is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. She takes the time to understand each client and candidate personally, offering a tailored, thoughtful approach to every placement.
