Our client is a well-established and reputable organisation within the financial services sector, with a presence in over 20 countries. Due to annual based project work, they are seeking 5 proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Officers to join their dynamic team based in the Perth CBD.

The Role
As a Client Services Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, primarily via email
- Supporting clients with the set-up and execution of Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Coordinating the delivery of mailouts and digital communications to meeting attendees
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
- Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Temp Role - starting 1st September 2025 until 28th November with the potential for extension
- Salary: $36- 45 per hour (dependant on experience)
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
- Confidence in using computer systems and the ability to quickly grasp new platforms
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience in administration or project coordination, especially in deadline-driven environments, is highly regarded
