Our client is a global leader in home, property and motor insurance providing claim services, claims technology, data and insights. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team focusing on motor insurance!
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls
- Following warm leads
- Answering customer queries
- Updating the CRM
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + Commission + Superannuation
- Location: Parramatta
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm & Saturday, 9am-12pm (Rotating roster).
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 1 years Call Centre experience
- Experience in ANY insurance highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
