The Role 

As a Claims Officer your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Manage an end to end claims portfolio of equipment claims
• Liaise with all stakeholders involved
• Investigate and determine liability of claims

Experience for the role

• 2 + years general insurance claims experience is essential
• Genuine passion to work in the claims space and progress internally
• Team player and ability to work in a collaborative environment
