The Role
- Process policy changes and administrative tasks as requested
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Provide timely reviews of cover and amend policies as needed
- Deliver the best outcome for clients and ensure they hold adequate insurance
- Insurance experience in a similar role required.
- Ability to build relationships with clients
