The Role

As the Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and visitors receive a professional first impression. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming guests and walk-ins with a friendly, polished approach
  • Managing incoming calls and directing queries efficiently
  • Providing admin support to the finance and sales teams
  • Overseeing office management tasks such as ordering supplies, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating staff events
  • Supporting day-to-day admin and ad hoc office tasks as required
�� Location: Rosebery – Stunning new modern offices, just a short walk from public transport
�� Salary: $60K + Super
�� Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role within a fast-paced or creative office
  • Solid MS Office skills – particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Great time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
