The Role
As an Accident and Health Claims Adjuster, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of Corporate Leisure and Travel claims in the Accident and Health space
- Liaise with various stakeholders including TPAs and clients to provide a successful outcome to claims.
- Resolve any issues or disputes as a point of referall.
- Administration duties including data reporting, bordereau development, spreadsheets, archiving, email liaison, filing and phone calls.
- Ensuring records kept up to date.
- Assist the entire team with any ad hoc duties as required.
In order to be successful for this role, you will offer:
- Experience in the Accident and Health Claims Space (preferred)
- Experience with data, reporting and Excel (required)
- A claims background strongly considered
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills & a fantastic attention to detail
- Strong Word, Excel & typing skills
- A team focussed approach to your work.
