The Company
My client is an Australian Insurance Brokerage, based in Brisbane. Due to growth, they are seeking an Account Executive to join their team. In exchange for your hard work, they will provide you with the on going training and support necessary to build a long term career in insurance with an element of WFH.
The role
As an Account Executive, you will be a part of a team which is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the company's portfolio , regarding their insurance needs. Your duties may include:
- Answer general insurance queries
- Assist with renewals, quotes and endorsements
- Help to generate new business
- Develop your product knowledge
- Manage a small portfolio of business
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet most of the following criteria:
- 1-3 years of insurance experience
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Customer Service experience
- Proven ability to meet KPI's
- Excellent communication skills
- Tier 1 is essential
