Our client is a respected financial services firm located in the Sydney CBD. They pride themselves on a professional yet friendly office culture and are seeking a Marketing Admin Support professional to assist their team on a short-term temporary basis.
The Role
As the Marketing Admin Support, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Length: Full-time temp | 3–4 weeks minimum with a strong view to extend
Salary: $38 + super per hour, paid weekly

The Role
As the Marketing Admin Support, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting the marketing team with content preparation and coordination
- Supporting the migration of materials to a new internal intranet platform
- Ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and ready for rollout
- Helping streamline and organise internal documents and assets
- General administrative and marketing-related tasks as required

You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in marketing administration, communications, or content support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow brand/style guidelines
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
- Confidence working independently to meet project deadlines
