The Company
Our client is a respected financial services firm located in the Sydney CBD. They pride themselves on a professional yet friendly office culture and are seeking a Marketing Admin Support professional to assist their team on a short-term temporary basis.

The Role
As the Marketing Admin Support, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Assisting the marketing team with content preparation and coordination
  • Supporting the migration of materials to a new internal intranet platform
  • Ensuring communications are clear, consistent, and ready for rollout
  • Helping streamline and organise internal documents and assets
  • General administrative and marketing-related tasks as required
Location: Sydney CBD — modern offices in a central location
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Length: Full-time temp | 3–4 weeks minimum with a strong view to extend
Salary: $38 + super per hour, paid weekly

You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous experience in marketing administration, communications, or content support
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to follow brand/style guidelines
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
  • Confidence working independently to meet project deadlines
