This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio, with a primary focus on mid-market clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and commercial.

- Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients within the mid-market space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and prompt resolution of client queries.
- Conduct regular client reviews, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial lines insurance broking, with a proven track record of managing mid-market accounts.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, with expertise/understanding in construction, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Tier 1 qualified in Insurance Broking.
