Join a dynamic and growing insurance brokerage firm with a prominent presence Nationwide. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio, with a primary focus on mid-market clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients within the mid-market space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and prompt resolution of client queries.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial lines insurance broking, with a proven track record of managing mid-market accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry, with expertise/understanding in construction, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Tier 1 qualified in Insurance Broking.
