The Role: 
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding representatives of the business 
  • Compile reports and analytics regarding representative performance
  • Provide advice and support to the representative network 
  • Monitoring key business metrics in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Preparation of reports for the General Manager 
  • Ad hoc assistance to the team as required 
About You: 
  • Experience in Insurance (broking, claims, underwriting) or financial services
  • Prior experience in compliance, auditing or reporting 
  • Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and technical ability
  • Advance Microsoft Excel  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Strong organisation and administration abilities
