- Assist with onboarding and offboarding representatives of the business
- Compile reports and analytics regarding representative performance
- Provide advice and support to the representative network
- Monitoring key business metrics in accordance with policy and procedures
- Preparation of reports for the General Manager
- Ad hoc assistance to the team as required
- Experience in Insurance (broking, claims, underwriting) or financial services
- Prior experience in compliance, auditing or reporting
- Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and technical ability
- Advance Microsoft Excel
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisation and administration abilities
