Job Description
A global insurance industry leader who specializes in Property, Motor and Cyber insurance. The Australian company now has branches in the United States, South Africa, New Zealand and Italy. They are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join their Team on a 6 month contract.
The Role
As an Administration Officer your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing Contractors and Trades
- Manage a portfolio of residential repairs
- Outbound calls
- Take inbound calls and answer General inquiries
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Location: Matraville
- Salary: $25-$28/hour + superannuation
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Administration roles
- Knowledge in insurance or residential property management
- Liaise with stakeholders including contractors
- Great attitude to their work & high work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
