The Company
Our client is an established organisation in the travel insurance industry. They have been providing travel insurance services to Australians for over 25 years on both a national and international scale. They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role
As an Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Assisting Case Managers with all administration associated with customers making travel insurance claims when they are overseas 
  • Assisting the case managers to gather information from doctors and healthcare practitioners 
  • Sending out invoices 
  • Inputting data into their case management system 
  • Processing medical certificates and collating information 
  • Responding to emails and other forms of communication 
  • Ad-hoc administration as required 
The Contract
The assignment will commence immediately for approximately 1 month, which can vary accordingly. We are looking for a reliable, admin-focussed candidate who can assist in their busy time! There is a highly likely chance that this assignment could extend. 

The hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm but you can also work evenings if you want - in that case you get penalty rates!!

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
  • Previous experience in administration 
  • Ability to pick up on systems quickly 
  • A passion for customer & client services
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Immediate availability
