Working closely with the HR & Operations Teams, the role will encompass:
- Coordinating a centralised inbox for facilities enquiries
- Assisting with issuing building security passes
- Admin support for document management
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Assisting with the creation of HR documents
- HR Inbox management
- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft & computer skills
- Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
- Corporate and professional presentation
- An ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive approach to work
