The Role 
Working closely with the HR & Operations Teams, the role will encompass: 

  • Coordinating a centralised inbox for facilities enquiries 
  • Assisting with issuing building security passes 
  • Admin support for document management 
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Assisting with the creation of HR documents 
  • HR Inbox management
About You
  • Previous administration experience 
  • Intermediate Microsoft & computer skills
  • Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
  • Corporate and professional presentation
  • An ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders 
  • A proactive approach to work
