The Company 
My client is a successfully established Insurance Company which prides themselves on providing the best solutions and top services to their clients. They are a worldwide company with over 500 offices and have beautiful, modern offices in CBD.

The Role
As a Receptionist/Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Answer all correspondence via telephone and e-mail 
  • Use an in-house switchboard to transfer calls 
  • Meet and greet clients and staff 
  • Directing calls and taking messages 
  • Assisting with mail and couriers 
  • Set up boardrooms and catering needs
  • Concierge duties 
  • Meeting/event set up & management - catering
  • General office maintenance – booking of trades for repairs
  • Office supply management – kitchen & stationery room items
  • Asset management – security passes, lockers & laptop
  • CBD location

You
As a successful Corporate Receptionist/Administrator officer, you will have:
  • Reception experience 
  • Switchboard experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Immaculate Presentation 
  • Full working rights in Australia preferred
