Our client is Australasia's largest general insurance broker and underwriting agency network. They are looking for someone to join their Mutual Management team to assist in the running of a number of public liability mutuals. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with little experience in insurance to develop their career, working closely with senior board level management. 

The role: 

• Work closely with the Mutual Manager in the running of the Mutuals
• Manage all aspects of member service, administration, technical support, and business development
• Qualifying risks and negotiating with brokers
• Produce accurate and efficient documentation
• Handle queries, prepare letters, reports
• Provide support and administrative assistance
• Great exposure to senior board level management 

You:

• Advanced Excel skills with experience in production of documentation
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player attitude and ability to collaborate effectively 
• Willingness to continue professional development through qualifications
• Proactive thinker 
• 6 months to 2 years experience in Insurance 
• Some experience in public liability is preferred but not essential
