- Train with market leading Account Managers
- Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in a customer focused/relationship focused role is desirable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Confident and well presented.
- Entry level base salary of $50-55k with an OTE (first year) ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.
