Key Responsibilities:

• Train with market leading Account Managers 
• Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide effective solutions.
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.

You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in a customer focused/relationship focused role is desirable.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Confident and well presented. 

Offer:

• Entry level base salary of $50-55k with an OTE (first year) ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.
