My client is a Global Insurance Brokerage, based in South East Melbourne. They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an entry level role that will provide the foundation for a long-term career in insurance broking.
The role
As an Assistant Account Executive, this role will involve:
- Handling phone and email based queries
- Provide administrative support
- Renew insurance policies
- Assist with policy amendments
- Issue quotes
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in insurance or
- An understanding of the insurance industry
- A background in sales or customer service
- Positive can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn
