My client is a leading firm in the insurance broking industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions. They specialise in the construction space and are currently looking to expand their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong property claims, or construction underwriting experience and looking to become an insurance broker. 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to account managers in handling insurance policies related to home warranty and general insurance.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and correspondence for clients and insurers.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of insurance policies and claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to client policies and interactions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property claims, builders warranty, or construction-related insurance roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A desire to learn and develop within the insurance broking industry.
