The Role
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and assistance with claims and policy details.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, offering tailored travel insurance solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, ensuring customers are aware of all relevant options to suit their travel needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday - between 9:00am to 5:00pm (with potential of extending hours)
You Need
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive and go-getter attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
