- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and assistance with claims and policy details.
- Guide customers through the purchase process, offering tailored travel insurance solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products, ensuring customers are aware of all relevant options to suit their travel needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Adhere to company guidelines and compliance regulations.
- Hours: Monday to Saturday - between 9:00am to 5:00pm (with potential of extending hours)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
