About the Opportunity:

We are working with an insurer who is in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking to appoint passionate and enthusiastic customer service individuals to support the Members! Our client has a strong focus on team culture and collaboration, promoting within and developing you!

Experience within Superannuation, Insurance or Financial Services is highly regarded, however, not a requirement.

Duties:
  • Working with customers regarding a variety of claim or membership queries - across emails, inbound and outbound calls.
  • Account management
  • Conflict resolution and complaint handling 
  • Ensure the database and your processes are documented efficiently, and all administration is completed
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Seeing objections as questions and wanting to support with the solution
  • Experience working within fast paced and at times demanding environments 
  • Experience working in Insurance, Superannuation or Financial Services will set you up for success, but individuals with great Customer Service experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with computers and comfortable with picking up new software/programs
  • Full working rights required
