Overview

Manage all critical facets of the NSW Operation, encompassing sales, service quality, resource management, operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and financial oversight.

This position also involves managing key Accounts and showcasing advanced technical expertise in designing suitable insurance schemes.

Additionally, the Manager will concentrate on fostering market connections with different capacity providers.

The role
  • Full responsibility of the NSW Operation, encompassing sales, service quality, resource management, operational efficiency, compliance adherence, and financial oversight.
  • Lead a positive and high-performing team through effective coaching, leadership, development, and succession planning.
  • Assume overall responsibility for servicing, managing, and retaining the NSW client base and own portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including networking with association representatives and participation in industry events
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all classes of insurance, technical expertise, and market developments
Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience working within the Commercial SME and/or Corporate market with technical expertise and thorough understanding of all classes of insurance 
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with the ability to run a  business operations function
  • Established track record of excellence in client service and communication
