The Company
Our client is a nationally recognised company and one of the largest car park operators in Australia with car parks based in every major Australian city as well as New Zealand. Backed by one of the world's largest car park operators, our client has been in business for more than 40 years. 

Working within the fast paced and exciting commercial property sector this newly created role is focussed on growing the suburban and regional side of the business. Our client will provide the tools and training required for a sales minded person who is keen on taking a step into the commercial property industry. 

The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a target driven individual who is keen to step into the commercial property industry. As a Business Development Executive your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Applying a business development strategy in order to increase sales in regional and suburban areas.
  • Identifying, recommending and closing commercial opportunities for the business
  • Identifying and building relationships with private land owners, property developers and leasing agents. 
  • Preparing and delivering tender responses for the future expansion of operations 
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports and data analysis 
  • Closing deals and meeting financial targets 
  • Enter the commercial property sector and be given the tools and training to be successful.

  • Build and develop on your already strong customer service, sales and negotiating skills
  • Excellent remuneration package - $80,000 plus super plus commission plus mileage plus tools of the trade
In order to be successful for the role, you will have:
  • 4+ years of commercial sales experience 
  • Previous experience within leasing or commercial /retail real estate experience is preferred however not essential 
  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred (a degree in marketing, business or commerce is ideal) 
  • A drive to meet & exceed targets and in turn increase your earning potential! 
  • Proven ability and experience in meeting KPI's 
  • Excellent communication, negotiating & interpersonal skills 
  • Corporate presentation & professional acumen
  • An eagerness to develop a career in the commercial property industry
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
  • A current, valid Drivers License
