The Role
Your role will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the company's cloud-based services and solutions. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Identify and prospect potential clients and target markets, researching and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to generate leads, acquire new customers, and expand the customer base.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and value propositions to showcase the company's offerings and address client needs.
• Location: Australia - fully remote
• Salary: $80,000-$110,000 + super + commission
• Contract: Permanent full-time position

Experience Required

• Past experience that has worked in this role include recruitment (business development) and SaaS based BD role
• Experience in BPO sales 
• Proven success within a BD environment, working towards KPI's and bringing clients onboard
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously
