The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build a sizeable and profitable portfolio of clients within Gippsland and the surrounding areas
- Convert new client prospects into satisfied clients to support business development
- Work in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders to organise local events and perform presentations for clients to share industry knowledge
- Source valuable market insights and share information to improve product development
- Experience in insurance broking, client services or agriculture banking.
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys travelling across regional Victoria
