The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing a high level of customer service across all brands
- Inbound calls
- Attend to customer inquiries
- Complaint handling
- Reviewing online orders
- Live online customer chats
- Refund and stock enquiries
- Location: Waterloo - a short walk from the station
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000 + Superannuation (based on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (2 days WFH)
- Contract: Permanent, full-time

- Previous Customer Service experience (can be in retail setting)
- Love for Fashion
- Zendesk experience is preferred
- Experience using web chat/live chat highly advantageous
- In-store retail or e-Commerce experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable, professional, Team Player
