The Role 
  • Acknowledge and assess strata complaints 
  • Dealing with any complaints raised with external regulators e.g. AFCA or the OAIC
  • Liaising with stakeholders when necessary 
  • Carry out reporting and reinvestigate files 
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience managing complaints in the general insurance space is essential 
  • Strata claims experience is ideal but open to candidates from other lines of insurance in the general insurance space 
  • Legal qualifications are ideal but not essential
