Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Claims Administrator to assist with all aspects of administration for a North Shore based General Insurance Business.
The Role
- Claims support to Insurance Consultant
- Dictaphone Typing
- Maintaining Files
- Liaising with Insurance Company & Insured
- Maintaining Data Base
- Diarising File Follow Ups & Pulling Files
- Assisting with Updating of Files
- Answering Phones, photocopying, Mail, Emailing, Filing etc.
- Helping Other Members of Staff when able
- Experience in dictaphone typing
- Typing speeds of between 50 – 70 wpm
- Exceptional oral and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to show initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
