Job description

THE ROLE

You will provide administration support to the operational areas of a Fortune 500 reinsurer, focusing strongly on the claims processes, as well as coordinating & supporting the operations team.

  • Reconcile payments entered into the Operations Claims database to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Provide reporting and analysis as required
  • Assist with projects or ad hoc duties as requested
  • Ensure that data mappings for applicable portfolio are maintained and up to date
  • Be curious to gain a thorough understanding of the impact the operations area has on the other departments within RGA

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and exposure with MS Access
  • High level of attention to detail with analytical ability
