The Role:
- Managing and assessing a portfolio of IP and TPD claims
- Initiate claims investigations
- Request medical and financial information
- Make claim decisions according to your authority level
- Processing payments of on-going claims
- Review incoming correspondence
- Liaise daily with Doctors, Rehab Providers, Legal Professionals & Advisers
- Experience in Workers Compensation/Occupational Rehabilitation/ Return to Work/CTP or Life Insurance Claims
- Tertiary qualified in a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Genuine interest in a career in the Life Insurance field
