The Role:

  • Managing and assessing a portfolio of IP and TPD claims
  • Initiate claims investigations
  • Request medical and financial information
  • Make claim decisions according to your authority level
  • Processing payments of on-going claims
  • Review incoming correspondence 
  • Liaise daily with Doctors, Rehab Providers, Legal Professionals & Advisers
About You:
  • Experience in Workers Compensation/Occupational Rehabilitation/ Return to Work/CTP or Life Insurance Claims
  • Tertiary qualified in a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Genuine interest in a career in the Life Insurance field
