The Company
Our client are an established company in the freight and transportation space.  They are seeking a Claims Coordinator to join the claims team based in Seven Hills initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to turn permanent. 

The Role 
As a Claims Consultant your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
  • Managing a varied portfolio of home and contents, marine transport and motor claims
  • End to end claims management 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct timely investigations
  • General administration duties 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 
  • Salary: $30 - 32 p/hour plus superannuation 
  • Location: Seven hills - parking on site
  • Contract: This is a temporary role for approx. 6 months with the opportunity to go permanent. 
You                   
To be considered for this role you must have the following: 
  • Previous experience in either home and contents, motor or marine claims is essential!
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Claims
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A vibrant, energetic personality to work in a team environment
  • A true team player who is adaptable when speaking with different stakeholders.
