The Company
Our client is a global financial services & insurance provider with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional Claims Administrator to join their organisation in their brand new office in North Sydney.

The Role
As a Claims Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Administration processing (payments, new registrations etc)
  • Analysing reports for the team 
  • Market research and data analytics 
  • Customer Service
  • Use of excel to generate reports and graphs
  • Adhoc administration and data entry
You
As a successful Claims Administrator, you will offer:
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in a processing administration role
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry ideal
  • Experience training or developing staff 
  • Exposure to claims administration ideal 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Corporate, professional presentation
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written 
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint & typing skills
