Our client is a Travel claims cover holder backed by Lloyds with operations a with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional to join their successful organisation to firstly assist in recruiting, then managing their claims team which they are growing at this time.

The Role:
  • Assist in the interviewing and decision making around selection of new claims staff.
  • Manage a team of claims consultants. 
  • Assist the team members with complex claims whilst training and developing their skills. 
  • Management of claims operations and processes.
  • Onboarding and training of direct reports
  • Actively improve processes relating to the claims space. 
  • Fantastic opportunity to mould the claims team and bring your own flavour to the company. 
About You: 
  • Previous experience managing claims in travel (preferred), Life insurance or workers compensation.
  • Prior experience in leading or managing a team in insurance.
  • Confident leader and trainer for new staff. 
  • Excellent communication skills
