Our client is a global insurance provider with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional Senior Claims TPA Coordinator to join their organization in the Sydney North Sydney location.

The Role:
  • Plan, coordinate and assist in onboarding, insourcing & transitioning of Claims TPAs
  • Facilitate review of Claims Outsourcing Agreements and Claims Best Practice Guidelines
  • Review and determine appropriate delegated authority limits for TPAs
  • Arrange system access and support TPAs that manage claims on Chubb’s system
  • Facilitate regular claims TPA audits and report on outcomes 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or improve operational processes 
  • Liaise and coordinate between internal stakeholders, TPA's and external stakeholders 
Ideal Candidate: 
  • 3-4 years experience working as a vendor, supplier or third party coordinator in insurance or financial services
  • Strong analytic and reporting abilities 
  • Ability to interpret data and report findings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and prioritisation skills
