The Role
As a successful Client Services Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Liaise with client members, brokers and internal department regarding queries.
- Submitting accurate and detailed information regarding product queries.
- Complete administrative duties including pre-approvals and profiles on the relevant products.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders via phone and e-mail.
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm (Flexible start and finish times can be negotiated)
As a successful Client Services Officer, you will offer:
- Experience working in Life Insurance ideal
- Previous experience working as a claims administrator or customer service representative
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
