The Role
As a successful Client Services Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Liaise with client members, brokers and internal department regarding queries.
  • Submitting accurate and detailed information regarding product queries.
  • Complete administrative duties including pre-approvals and profiles on the relevant products. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders via phone and e-mail. 
  • Location: Sydney CBD 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm (Flexible start and finish times can be negotiated) 
About You
As a successful Client Services Officer, you will offer: 
  • Experience working in Life Insurance ideal 
  • Previous experience working as a claims administrator or customer service representative 
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
