Our client is a global insurance provider with a stellar reputation in the market. They are seeking a professional Claims Assessor to join their organization in the Sydney North Sydney location. 

The Role
My client is currently seeking to employ a Remediation Officer within Claims in their Sydney CBD office to manage a portfolio. 

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio previous claims 
  • Conduct timely investigations
  • Coomuniating with stakeholders to gain understanding of the claim
  • Providing support and advice to policyholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service 
  • Ad hoc administration as required

Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have: 
  • Insurance claims experience or experience working with claims in a call center environment 
  • Some sort of disputes, complaints of remediation experience desirable 
  • Complex customer service experience 
  • An eye for detail 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written 
  • A true team player who is adaptable when speaking with different stakeholders.
