Our client are a nation wide reputable Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, that supply products to large renowned supermarkets. Their head office based in the Blacktown area is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer who has experience with complaints.

The Role
As a full-time Customer Service Officer - Complaints your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Working in the complaints team managing customers through communications (calls, emails and social media platforms), logging and communicating their complaints
• Developing positive and collaborative working relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders
• Identify concerns and develop options to achieve resolution
• Location: Blacktown location - parking available onsite
• Salary: $60,000 + superannuation 
• Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm
• Contract: Permanent full-time with immediate start

You
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following: 

• Previous experience handling complaints is highly regarded
• Someone who can take on an extremely fast paced environment
• Strong customer outcomes focus, confidence and resilience in liaising with customers in resolving queries raised
