- Experience in a Compliance role within general insurance
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of systems in use within insurance
- Tier 1 qualification or willing to undertake
A well established and leading national insurance Brokerage is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Updating company documents across all departments to align with regulatory standards
- Creating and revising company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with distributors, authorized representatives, and other third parties to meet company and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and reporting on enterprise risk management to senior management
- Assisting legal providers in submitting documents to regulators
- Overseeing the education of the compliance framework for all staff members
