Our Client 
Our client is very well established in the automotive industry and represents a range of quality, luxurious brands. They are currently recruiting for a customer service representative to join their experienced team to focus on retention. They've got beautiful modern offices and are known for their great work culture! 

The Role
As a successful Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Calling existing customers to upgrade their current model and to refinance
  • Outbound welcome calls/emails to existing finance customers
  • Respond to and follow up pay-out requests to determine the customer’s needs
  • Providing excellent customer care services 
  • Updating databases 
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Location: Parramatta with WFH available 2 days per week after probation
  • Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation + Commission 

As a successful customer service representative, you will offer: 
  • Experience working in a call centre or retention environment 
  • Finance and Insurance knowledge highly regarded 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Service driven attitude
