The Role
As a successful Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Calling existing customers to upgrade their current model and to refinance
- Outbound welcome calls/emails to existing finance customers
- Respond to and follow up pay-out requests to determine the customer’s needs
- Providing excellent customer care services
- Updating databases
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Location: Parramatta with WFH available 2 days per week after probation
- Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation + Commission
You
As a successful customer service representative, you will offer:
- Experience working in a call centre or retention environment
- Finance and Insurance knowledge highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service driven attitude
