The Company
A reputable fashion retail company are seeking a professional & experienced Customer Service Representative for their head office in Waterloo. They offer a fantastic working environment with a supportive and friendly culture. 

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Providing a high level of customer service across all brands
  • Inbound calls
  • Attend to customer inquiries
  • Complaint handling
  • Reviewing online orders
  • Live online customer chats
  • Refund and stock enquiries 
  • Location: Waterloo - a short walk from Green Square station
  • Salary: $50,000 + Superannuation
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm 
You
In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following:
  • Previous Customer Service experience within a call centre or Head Office professional working environment
  • Zendesk experience is preferred 
  • In-store retail or e-Commerce experience 
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders 
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills - typing, Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fantastic attention to detail & an ability to meet deadlines
