The Company
A reputable retail company are seeking a professional & experienced Customer Service Officer for their head office in the Sydney. They offer a fantastic working environment with a supportive and friendly culture. 

The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Providing a high level of customer service across all brands
  • Inbound calls
  • Attend to customer inquiries
  • Complaint handling
  • Reviewing online orders
  • Live online customer chats
  • Location: Waterloo - a short walk from the station
  • Salary: $28-30/hour + Superannuation
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm 
  • Duration: 2 Week Assignment- with the potential to extend 
You
In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following:
  • Previous Customer Service Officer experience within a professional working environment
  • Zendesk experience is essential 
  • 2+ years in-store retail or e-Commerce experience 
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders 
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills - typing, Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fantastic attention to detail & an ability to meet deadlines
