The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Taking inbound calls regarding general inquiries 
  • Managing complaints appropriately 
  • Updating databases 
  • Providing excellent customer service 
  • Case management for more complex inquiries 
  • Handling inquiries relating to delivery delays, warranty, servicing, repairs etc 
You
As a successful Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will offer:         
  • Previous Customer Service experience ideally in a call center environment 
  • Full Australian Working rights 
  • An interest in the automotive industry is great but not necessary 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong communication skills
