The Role
As a Customer Care Officer, your duties will include:
- Entering and tracking of orders
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Administrative tasks
- Handle sales enquiries and data entry when required
- Location: Homebush - Parking on Site!
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 38hr week - 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm (Flexible)
You
To be successful as a Customer Care Officer you will have:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate experience in MS Office
- Previous Pronto and CRM experience desirable
