Our client is an established and well-rounded multinational Insurance and provider, looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their expanding team.

The Role 

• Taking inbound calls relating to new insurance policies 
• Cross and upselling Travel Insurance Policies 
• Providing detailed information around policies and benefits 
• Answering enquiries relating to change of policy and claims 
• Updating information in database and systems
• Providing a high level of customer service to callers

About You:

• Sales or Call Centre experience a bonus but not essential 
• Experience working in customer service, either face to face or office based.
• Driven, goal-oriented attitude to your work
• A hunger to succeed and develop
• Passion for sales and relationship building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
