The Company
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring that customer inquiries, policy changes, and claims are handled efficiently and effectively. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships by actively listening, identifying their needs, and providing accurate information and advice.

The Role 
  • Process policy changes and administrative tasks as requested
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email 
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times 
  • Provide timely reviews of cover and amend policies as needed
  • Deliver the best outcome for clients and ensure they hold adequate insurance 
Ideal Candidate
  • Insurance experience in a similar role required. 
  • Ability to build relationships with clients 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Attention to detail
