Our client are an established organisation in the travel insurance industry. They have been providing travel insurance services to Australians for over 25 years on both a national and international scale. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.
The assignment will commence on Thursday 21st November, 2019. We are looking for a reliable, customer focused individual who can assist customers in crisis.
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound calls from travelers in crisis
- Providing adequate customer service
- Location: Brisbane
- Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
- $26.93/hour + superannuation
In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Previous experience in a call center / customer service role is essential
- A passion for customer & client services
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
