Our Client is an Insurance company that specialise in the medical and professional indemnity space. They are Austrian owned and growing at an incredibly fast paced, with many exciting opportunities arising in the horizon. 

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively Managing work orders in a timely manner through multiple portals.
  • Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
  • Scheduling Service calls 
  • Ensure all Systems are accurately updated
  • Salary: $80-90K + Super + Attractive Bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:30am to 5:00pm (37.5 hour week)
You
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer: 
  • Previous call centre experience in the insurance field is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to relocate to Adelaide to complete training (could be between 2-3 months) all expenses paid. 
  • Must be Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen 
  • A passion to learn, with the drive to grow and progress
  • A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
