The Role
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assist policyholders with cancellation requests
- Answer any customer queries regarding their insurance policies
- Take overflow calls from the general inquiries team
- Meet KPI's and targets
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + Superannuation
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6pm (rotating roster)
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer:
- 2 + years call centre experience is essential
- Life or General Insurance experience is ideal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
