The Role
- Delivering WOW service to make life easier for construction contractors
- Answering 65+ customer calls a day (inbound & outbound)
- Upsell and cross sell on orders
- Multi-tasking by processing orders whilst on the phone at the same time
- Servicing key our accounts to ensure repeated business & grow GP$ from accounts
- Location: Arndell Park - Parking onsite
- Salary: $70,000 + Superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00/4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00/5:30pm (flexible) office based

You:
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales – inbound & outbound calls
- Must have experience working in the construction/industrial industry
- Comfortable cross-selling, up-selling and generating leads
- Previous experience in the civil construction industry supply industry is highly regarded but not required
- Ability to handle high volumes and a fast paced environment
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand the products and procedures of the business
