The Role
As Help Desk Support, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails 
  • Successfully achieving & exceeding set KPIs and targets
  • Location: Pyrmont location
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am-6.00pm (rotating 8-hour shift) 
  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation  
You
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following: 
  • Call Centre experience essential
  • Take ownership of work
  • Ability to think outside the box 
  • Great problem solving + note-taking ability
  • A proven ability to hit KPIs and targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to work within a team environment
