The Company
Our client is a reputable financial services organisation based in the CBD. They offer a professional working environment and a supportive network internally. They are currently in search for a temporary Customer Service Representative to assist with a major debt collecting project. 

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Contacting and liaising with customers in relation to outstanding payments
  • Collecting information and gathering documentation 
  • Providing a high level of customer service 
  • Data entry as required
  • General Adhoc administrative duties
  • Contract: Initially a 6-week assignment
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
You:
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:
  • Debt collecting experience is preferred but not essential 
  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Working holiday visas allowed!
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Confident and competent office administration skills
  • Reliable and can-do attitude
